Federico hails from Basilicata, a southern region of Italy. His love for food ignited at a young age, as he often found himself captivated by his grandmother and mother's culinary endeavours. He kickstarted his career in his uncle's restaurant after school. Later, at 20, he moved to London, which exposed him to diverse global cuisines. After honing his skills at prestigious establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants and Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat, Federico chose to become a Private Chef. This path allows him to express his culinary vision and create unique menus to please even the most refined tastes
